Tissue Box

Designed and produced by studio HENRY WILSON, the Tissue Box explores weight and material integrity. It addresses the instability of standard packaging through the application of mass, providing a permanent anchor for the domestic environment. Each piece is sand-cast in solid aluminium, resulting in a raw, tactile grain that ensures no two iterations are identical. The heft of the metal allows for seamless, one-handed use, while an integrated shadow gap at the base subtly elevates the form to protect against surface moisture. Intended for longevity, the untreated finish will weather the rigours of daily life to develop a distinct character over time, a reflection of our commitment to utilitarian ritual and honest industrial expression. studio HENRY WILSON（スタジオ・ヘンリー・ウィルソン）によってデザイン・製造された「Tissue Box」は、重さと素材の完全性を追求したプロダクトです。あえて十分な質量（重み）を持たせることで、一般的なパッケージが持つ「軽さゆえの不安定さ」を解消し、住空間に永続的な佇まいをもたらします。 製品はすべて、ソリッドアルミニウムを贅沢に使用した砂型鋳造（サンドキャスト）で仕上げられています。そのため、一つひとつに異なるざらりとした独自の質感が生まれ、同じ表情のものは二つとして存在しません。金属特有のずっしりとした重みによって、片手でもスムーズにティッシュを引き出すことが可能です。また、底面に施されたシャドーギャップ（わずかな隙間）の構造が本体をさりげなく浮かせ、設置面の水気から製品を守ります。 末永くお使いいただくことを前提としたこの無塗装の仕上げは、日々の生活のなかで味わい深く変化し、独特のキャラクター（経年変化）を育んでいきます。これは、実用的な日常の儀式と、実直なインダストリアル表現に対する私たちのこだわりの証でもあります。
