Pill Sconce - Blackened with Classico Travertine

Of sculptural appeal both when in use and when switched off, the Pill Sconce sandwiches its light source (either an E26 or E27 bulb ) between an elliptical stone facade and a concave bronze mounting element that is sand-cast in solid metal and rumbled to a polished finish. The light projects onto the latter, following the gentle bowl of the dish as it is directed outward, and lending a warm glow to the opposing surface. ピルスコンスは、使用しているときも、スイッチを切っているときも、彫刻的な魅力を楽しめる作品。 光源（E26またはE27）は、楕円形の石のファサードと、凹型のブロンズ製ホルダーに挟まれています。ホルダーひとつとっても、砂型鋳造された金属に光沢仕上げがなされているなど、細部にまでこだわりがつまっているのが特徴です。 光は背面に投影されます。手前のお皿の部分の緩やかな輪郭に沿って光が醸しだされることにより、暖かな印象を与えてくれるのです。 少量生産のため、ひとつひとつに若干の個体差があります。 また、製造過程において生じるわずかな波紋や表面の凹みが見られる場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 なお、こちらの作品は重量があるため、取り付け場所にはお気をつけください。 オーストラリアのシドニーにて製造。
